The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good, but the choice of fruit to put with the cornflakes was very limited. some pieces of pineapple, or other similar fruits, would have been better than the whole apples, pears, etc. the choice of ham, salami, brötchen, etc was good. Some hot, well cooked bacon and hot eggs would have been the icing on the cake. However, the bacon must be well cooked on both sides, so it might be safer to leave as is.

I've stayed here before and I will stay here again if I ever go to Hamburg again. Very friendly and professional staff. Relatively modern hotel. I asked for a room with a view, and that's what they gave me. Loved it. Great service. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. No noise from the outside gets in, unless you open the window. The shower is a real good one, and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is fresh, a bit basic, but with a boiled egg and good coffee. I travel alone, by car, so it's really nice you can get to the hotel easily and park (safe) under the hotel. The hotel is located on a good location, for instance in short walking distace from the central trainstation, shopping area, and (harbour) canals. Plenty of places near, to grab a a bite to eat. O, and the hotel wifi works perfectly.

Good location. very close to central train station. It is definitely cheap and we should consider this while rating the facility. Accommodation is expensive in Hamburg and this hotel is meeting minimum requirements. Clean room, private bathroom, WC, breakfast, nice location. There is no a firm bathroom. only a private/separate place for toilette. Shower and sink is in the room. But can't complain, still does the work.

The second floor of bed was very enertaining for our son. Easy check in an check out. Location is on foot distance from central part of city. Even though there is a quite busy street nearby the sound isolation of windows was so good that we hear nothing. As a budget option it's a very decent place

Great location - close to all you'd need, comfortable and perfectly enough for a short trip. Rooms are veeeery small but everything is optimized in there so we had no problems to stay there together with my partner. More than 3 days would start be tiring, shorter - just what you'd need to sleep over. Breakfast is standard but generally good - fresh and enough to start the day.

Really good location (5 min walk from Chilehaus and 15 from main station), distance walk to the center, good substantial breakfast (€8.50p/p), private parking garage (€14p/day), super clean room, excellent daily room service, quick elevators, very nice staff both at reception and breakfast, the room was standard size with desk, chair, some hangers, TV. Shower, sink and toilet are all separate which is very convenient.

I like the sense of privacy and security at the same time, the staff was lovely and efficient, location was perfect for what we needed, the noise isolation from the busy streets by the hotel is fantastic.

The hotel is centrally located, very close to the train station, library, museums, musical theaters and the port. Our three-bed room was small but very cosy, clean and warm. There was a TV in the room, an excellent wifi. Breakfast was very good. I would recommend the hotel for a short stay, particularly for families with a kid.

Breakfast was good - no cooked food but that was ok. A wider variety of fruit and more pastries would be nice but plenty to eat. The location was very central. On a major and very busy road so not picturesque in any way but clean, functional.
